Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 6,000 SF tenant improvement (TI) for a dental office, ensuring a well-coordinated and efficient design tailored to the needs of a modern dental facility.

For the mechanical scope, we designed a new air distribution system utilizing the existing A/C to optimize airflow and comfort throughout the space. The electrical design included breaking out the existing service to isolate this TI, incorporating new electrical panels, and designing new lighting systems to complement the updated ceiling layout. Our plumbing design supported the addition of new restrooms, a breakroom, and a utility area, ensuring seamless integration of all essential services.
