Our team provided Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 2,900 SF tenant improvement (TI) of a shell building, transforming it into a fully functional commercial dental medical office.

We designed the electrical systems to meet the specific needs of a dental medical office, including the installation of power distribution for dental equipment, patient treatment areas, and administrative functions. We also incorporated energy-efficient lighting solutions to enhance the office environment while reducing energy consumption.

Our design focused on ensuring that the electrical infrastructure could support the specialized equipment required in a dental medical setting, from imaging devices to dental chairs, while maintaining safety and reliability. We coordinated every detail to ensure a smooth installation process, providing our client with a space optimized for both patient comfort and operational efficiency.
