Our team provided Electrical Engineering construction documents for the approximately 1,700 SF tenant improvement of an existing built-out suite, converting it into a fully functional commercial dental office.

Our scope included detailed load calculations, panel schedules, circuiting for essential and non-essential loads, and optimized lighting layouts to create a comfortable and efficient environment for both staff and patients.
