We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 2,429 SF tenant improvement (TI) of an existing building for a dental office. The project scope includes designing and optimizing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to support the specialized needs of a dental facility, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and compliance with industry standards.

Mechanical design focused on proper ventilation and climate control to maintain a comfortable and sterile environment. Plumbing upgrades included systems to accommodate dental equipment, sterilization stations, and ADA-compliant fixtures. Electrical work involved power distribution for dental chairs, lighting enhancements, and provisions for specialized medical equipment.

This project aimed to create a reliable and efficient infrastructure tailored to the operational requirements of a modern dental office while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
