We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a three-story, 31,530 SF, 41-unit apartment building. The project scope included designing efficient mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to support multi-residential living while ensuring compliance with building codes and energy requirements.

The mechanical design focused on optimizing HVAC systems for occupant comfort and energy efficiency. Plumbing systems were designed to accommodate residential water distribution, drainage, and fixture requirements across all units. Electrical engineering included power distribution, lighting design, and infrastructure to support modern residential needs.

This project aimed to deliver a functional, high-performance building that meets the demands of multi-family housing while aligning with budget, schedule, and regulatory standards.
