Surprise Historic District Apartments

We provided Electrical Engineering construction documents for three buildings in a two-story, 62,045 SF ground-up multi-family apartment complex. The scope of work included the development of a comprehensive electrical system to support the entire facility, ensuring both safety and functionality.

Our services included designing the one-line diagram, panel schedules, and load calculations to ensure the electrical system meets the required capacity for the project. We also designed a 240-volt system to provide efficient and reliable power to the various building components.

With a focus on maintaining industry standards and efficiency, we ensured the electrical infrastructure was designed to seamlessly integrate with the multi-family residential layout, while adhering to all relevant regulations and codes.
