We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a ground-up, three-level, 33,050 SF HUD apartment complex, featuring 32 units. The complex also includes commercial space and storage on the ground floor.

The project scope includes addressing dark sky requirements, ensuring compliance with HUD standards, and adhering to Book Specifications. Our engineering solutions were tailored to meet the unique needs of the project, providing safe, reliable, and energy-efficient systems for both the residential and commercial components of the complex.
