We provided Electrical Engineering construction documents for the tenant improvement of a 64,764 SF historic high school located at 100 Clawson Avenue in Bisbee, AZ. The three story building with a basement and rooftop deck is being converted into 39 residential units, offering one and two bedroom layouts.

Our electrical scope focused exclusively on the residential wing, which was the only area included in the permitting phase. While the design considered the entire building, the gymnasium area was excluded from our scope.

Our services included a power upgrade, utility coordination, electrical submittal reviews, and RFI responses, all tailored to support the successful adaptation of this historic structure into modern living spaces.
The design incorporated thoughtful integration of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to support the diverse unit layouts and enhance the overall tenant experience. We also coordinated the mechanical and electrical systems to ensure smooth operations throughout the building, including power distribution, lighting, and ventilation, while addressing all relevant safety and compliance factors. Our team was dedicated to delivering high quality, coordinated solutions that would serve the building’s long-term needs.
