We are providing Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical (MEP) Engineering construction documents for a 1,646 SF tenant improvement restaurant located within a mixed-use building at 1030 N. 1st Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004. The scope also includes a 2,141 SF outdoor patio and a 240 SF standalone bathroom, with both the restaurant and bathroom areas to be completed concurrently.

The project features a full commercial kitchen and dining area (kitchen design by others), and includes MEP design for all indoor and outdoor systems. Our team is also supporting lighting design efforts both interior and exterior by assisting with fixture specifications that align with the project’s aesthetic. The courtyard will include a gas fireplace, lighting, and, if required, photometric analysis.
