Our team provided comprehensive MEP engineering solutions for Kembara Restaurant at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge, enhancing its 7,600 SF interior and 2,600 SF exterior patio while maintaining key existing infrastructure.

To support the restaurant’s transformation, our approach focused on efficiency and seamless integration. The existing HVAC system remained in place, with potential aesthetic diffuser upgrades to complement the refined design. The bar and kitchen layouts were largely preserved, with select modifications made to accommodate the updated restaurant concept. Patio enhancements were limited to finishes, furniture, fixtures, and a possible new entry, ensuring a refreshed outdoor experience without major structural changes.

By carefully balancing preservation with innovation, we delivered an MEP strategy that aligned with the luxury and functionality expected at JW Marriott, ensuring a seamless upgrade to the dining experience.
