We designed the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering systems for a 5,620 sq ft interior renovation, including dining, bar, kitchen, restrooms, and support spaces. Our team also enclosed an existing 410 sq ft patio to create a private dining room and added 430 sq ft of expanded patio space, featuring a 560 sq ft covered patio and a 300 sq ft uncovered patio. We provided complete MEP upgrades, including new kitchen, bar, and foodservice equipment integration, enhanced restrooms and employee facilities, and new mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems. The design included rooftop units (RTUs), a makeup air unit (MAU), and a refrigerated and lit wine cooler. Additionally, we incorporated new lighting, misters, and fire protection systems to enhance the outdoor spaces, ensuring a seamless and efficient indoor-outdoor dining experience.
