Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 9,139 SF Tenant Improvement of an existing building to accommodate an entertainment concept and warehouse. The scope of work includes mechanical design to provide appropriate HVAC systems for the entertainment areas, including proper air circulation and climate control for comfort. Plumbing systems will be designed to accommodate restrooms, kitchen areas, and utility needs for the warehouse. Electrical design will focus on supporting lighting, power outlets, and specialized systems for both the entertainment and warehouse components, including adequate power for any machinery and warehouse equipment. The electrical systems will also be designed for energy efficiency, with advanced lighting controls and fixture selection.
Coordination will be done for all necessary structural adjustments, along with ensuring the space meets all building code and safety standards for the intended commercial use.
