American Leadership Academy Theater

Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 56,000 SF, two-story ground-up theater.

We designed an advanced HVAC system to support the large performance and audience spaces, ensuring comfort and air quality throughout. Plumbing services included restrooms, drainage, and water supply systems, with careful consideration for high-capacity needs and accessibility.

The electrical design incorporated stage lighting, power distribution, and energy-efficient systems for both public and backstage areas, creating a versatile and reliable infrastructure for performances. The overall layout ensured that both technical and aesthetic aspects of the theater were seamlessly integrated.
