We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for seven 13,200 SF ground-up classroom buildings. This project was based on the AE #23154 and AE #23323 specifications, ensuring consistency and adherence to existing design standards. The buildings were designed to accommodate a range of educational functions, from kindergarten classrooms to specialized lab spaces.

Building 1 is designed as a kindergarten area, with additional single-use restrooms, with two restrooms provided on-site for the children and staff. Building 2 features 12 classrooms, all without lab facilities, and includes two restrooms on-site for the building’s occupants. Building 3 is a more specialized structure, with 12 classrooms, including two dedicated lab classrooms, and three restrooms on-site to support the added facilities.

Our engineering services included the design and coordination of all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure the buildings would be functional and compliant with safety standards. Each building was designed with the appropriate infrastructure to support its intended use while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

The project was designed using Revit, allowing for precise planning and coordination across the multiple disciplines. This ensured the seamless integration of systems and accurate communication of designs between all teams involved.
