Legacy Traditional Schools

We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents were provided for an 11,060 SF ground-up classroom and gym with a 1,950 SF porch located at an existing school. The building includes (7) classrooms, designed for optimal functionality and comfort for students and staff. The project, modeled using Revit, ensured precise coordination across all engineering systems, providing efficient HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. The design also accommodated the gym and porch area, ensuring the integration of proper lighting, power, and water systems. The overall design adhered to school facility standards, promoting an effective learning environment and operational efficiency.
