The project engineer’s primary role is to ensure that the discipline specific projects meet the company’s established design and drafting standards and comply with all applicable codes. They will also ensure that the design uses best current industry design practice and that the design is constructible.

The lead designer's primary purpose is to ensure that projects assigned to them are completed in a timely manner and adhere to the company established design standards. The lead designer will also help provide direction and training to a designer.

The designer's primary purpose is to complete drafting for projects assigned to them in a timely manner and adhere to the company established drafting standards.

The project manager’s primary purpose is to ensure that projects assigned to the team run smoothly, achieves the department’s production goals and makes sure that all members of the team have work and are productive.

Business development manager cultivates partnerships and other relationships and identifies new markets. Business development is in direct communication with marketing and sales to identify markets, implement strategies and analyze the effectiveness of the efforts made to build relationships.

Account manager is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with existing accounts including responding to proposal requests, on-boarding new clients, and coordinating with the production team to setup and start new projects.

The accountant is responsible for the accounting operations of the company, to include aiding in the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results. 

The graphic designer & marketing specialist is responsible for continuously maintaining the company's brand aesthetics, internally and externally. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company's visual representation in all aspects of design including typography, composition, and color.

Human resource is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits.

Office manager is responsible for organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Designing, implementing and evaluating computer-based systems, processes, components, and programs. Identifying, analyzing, and responding to user needs for the selection, creation, evaluation, and administration of computer-based systems as well as keeping the company's data security a top priority.
