We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a comprehensive educational and recreational facility that includes two classroom buildings, a multipurpose building, and a field house.

The two 12-classroom buildings, each spanning 12,183 SF, were designed to accommodate modern educational needs. These buildings feature efficient HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring comfort and functionality for students and staff. The multipurpose building, or Gripper Building, encompasses 19,560 SF and is designed to serve a variety of uses, from gatherings to events, with systems that support flexible space utilization.

In addition to the primary buildings, we also designed the necessary site lighting and power infrastructure to support the grandstands and field lighting, ensuring the facility is equipped for outdoor events and sports. The field house, which spans 6,288 SF, was designed with specific needs for athletic training and storage, featuring specialized mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to accommodate its intended function.

This project showcases our expertise in providing coordinated, efficient solutions across multiple building types, ensuring a seamless and sustainable design for both educational and recreational spaces.
