View Point II Senior Community

Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a three-story, 54,468 SF ground-up senior community. This thoughtfully designed facility consists of (63) one-bedroom units and (9) two-bedroom units, ensuring a comfortable and functional living environment tailored to the needs of senior residents.

For the mechanical scope, we designed an efficient HVAC system to maintain optimal indoor air quality and temperature control throughout the facility. Our plumbing design incorporated reliable water distribution, drainage, and fixture layouts to support both residential and shared spaces. The electrical engineering scope covered power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems to enhance safety, functionality, and energy efficiency.

Additionally, we prioritized compliance with all relevant building codes, accessibility standards, and senior living requirements to ensure a safe and accommodating environment. Our engineering solutions focused on reliability and ease of maintenance while integrating modern energy-efficient technologies.
