Our team provided comprehensive Electrical Engineering construction documents for an 11,407 SF ground-up assisted living facility. The scope of work included the design and implementation of a 400 AMP service to meet the facility’s power demands, ensuring sufficient electrical capacity for daily operations and resident comfort. We also focused on designing a reliable power distribution system, integrating energy-efficient lighting solutions, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards. Additionally, our team considered the specific needs of the assisted living environment, incorporating backup power systems and safety features to support both the residents’ well-being and the facility’s operational needs.
