We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 2,000 SF addition of a lab to an existing building. The project involved designing electrical power distribution, including electrical drops to support P3Lab free-standing and benchtop equipment. We also designed the HVAC system specifically for the P3Lab area, ensuring the lab environment met strict requirements for ventilation and temperature control.

Our mechanical and process designs included detailed drawings for scrubbed exhaust, general exhaust systems, compressed dry air, natural gas, and other gas systems such as oxygen (O2), nitrogen (N2), and argon. Additionally, we provided plumbing drawings to accommodate sink installations and ensure proper functionality in the lab space.
