Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents were provided for a 3,000 SF tenant improvement (TI) of an existing grow facility. The scope of work includes the addition of (2) flower rooms, with the necessary updates to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to support the facility’s specific needs.

For the electrical scope, updates were made to the lighting plan, power plan, mechanical power plan, and the one-line diagram to ensure the facility operates efficiently and safely. On the mechanical and plumbing side, revisions were made to the mechanical schedules and calculations, mechanical energy reports, mechanical floor and roof plans, plumbing schedules and calculations, plumbing water and waste plans, and plumbing isometric details to optimize the systems for the grow environment.
