Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for an approximately 8,460 SF ground-up residence, ensuring a seamless integration of building systems for efficiency, comfort, and long-term performance.

The project includes a main residence with 6,309 SF of air-conditioned space and a 717 SF casita/guest house. Our mechanical design focused on delivering reliable climate control, air distribution, and ventilation tailored to the unique layout of both structures. The plumbing scope included a comprehensive system for water supply, drainage, and fixture placement to support daily functionality. The electrical design featured power distribution, lighting layouts, and infrastructure for modern residential technology, ensuring a well-coordinated system suited to the homeowner’s needs.
