We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical (MPE) Engineering services for a new two story, 16,750 SF medical facility. The first floor includes a 4,000 SF surgery suite featuring two operating rooms and essential support spaces, along with a 5,000 SF medical spa. This level also includes an elevator lobby and stairwell for access to the second floor.

The second level, spanning 7,075 SF, was designed as a gray shell space, offering flexibility for future tenants. Our team developed comprehensive MPE engineering solutions tailored to the facility’s specialized medical functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, operational efficiency, and adaptability for future build-outs.

To meet the project’s needs, we worked closely with the design team, coordinating HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to support both the surgical and spa environments. Our design accounted for critical systems such as medical gas, power distribution, and lighting, ensuring a seamless integration of infrastructure to support both immediate and future uses.
