Eastern Shore Plastic Surgery

We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 5,000 SF ground-up surgery center, designed to meet AAAHC certification and comply with local building codes. The facility includes two state-of-the-art operating rooms, a PACU with a maximum 23-hour stay, and essential support areas to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Our scope of work included the design of a specialized HVAC system tailored to surgical environments, medical gas distribution, backup power generation, and site lighting for the parking area. We worked closely with the architect and owner’s consultants to ensure that all engineering systems were designed to meet strict healthcare regulations and certification standards.

Through careful planning and coordination, we developed a highly functional and compliant medical facility, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
