Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 14,000 SF ground-up flooring warehouse with an integrated showroom. The building is designed to include a showroom area with a small mezzanine above for office space, while the remainder of the facility serves as a warehouse. The mechanical scope incorporates evaporative cooling for the warehouse to ensure cost-effective climate control, while the showroom and office areas are equipped with air conditioning for occupant comfort. The electrical design features a combination of track and general lighting to create a well-lit and visually appealing showroom environment. The project also includes plumbing infrastructure to support the facility’s operational needs.
