Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for an approximately 10,000 SF warehouse and retail building. The project, which was modeled and designed using Revit, integrates all mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to provide an efficient, functional layout that supports both warehouse operations and retail use. The design ensures optimal energy performance while meeting all necessary building codes and industry standards. By using Revit, we were able to create an accurate, coordinated model that streamlined the construction process, reducing conflicts and ensuring seamless system integration.
