Avondale Parkside Village Pool Building

Our team delivered Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering services for the design of a new, 880 SF ground-up pool equipment enclosure. This includes separate men’s and women’s restrooms and an enclosed Wi-Fi equipment room. The scope of work covers the full range of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure smooth operation and functionality. Additionally, the interior lighting design was optimized for energy efficiency, with ComCheck compliance included to meet the required energy code standards. The design prioritizes operational effectiveness while adhering to all necessary codes and regulations.
