Chinatown Navigation Center

We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering services for the 3,600 SF tenant improvement of an existing building to accommodate a navigation center. The plumbing scope included the installation of a new sewer main, the removal of a janitor sink in the laundry room, replacing wall-hung china lavatories with group-type trough sinks that meet ADA requirements, and replacing lavatory faucets. Additionally, we rebuilt the showers with vandal-resistant wall units. The electrical scope involved coordinating with the mechanical team for fan replacement, installing new lighting in the shower areas, and replacing wiring and outlets to support a new shower trailer, with plumbing already in place for the connection.
