Ardebili Engineering is grateful for the opportunity to provide Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering services for the new 5-story hotel, totaling 110,920 square feet with 220 guestrooms.

Our scope includes designing systems for all hotel levels, ensuring efficiency and guest comfort.

Level 1 includes the lobby, lounge, laundry, offices, elevators, indoor pool, restrooms, guest rooms, fitness center, kitchen/pantry, and employee break room. This floor’s systems focus on high-traffic areas, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical for optimal performance.

Levels 2-5 mainly consist of guest rooms, elevators, storage, and mechanical/electrical rooms. We will ensure each floor’s systems meet comfort, functionality, and efficiency standards for all hotel operations.
