Elliot and Ellsworth Hotel

Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 56,412 SF ground-up hotel with four stories and 107 guest rooms. This project encompasses the full scope of MEP design, ensuring efficient and reliable systems throughout the facility. The mechanical design will include HVAC systems tailored to the needs of the guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces, providing optimal comfort and air quality. The plumbing systems will support all hotel amenities, including guest restrooms, kitchens, and laundry facilities, with a focus on water efficiency and durability. Electrical systems will include lighting design, power distribution, and integration with hotel management systems to support operational efficiency. All systems will be designed with energy efficiency and guest comfort in mind.
