Our team provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a 6,500 SF ground-up office building with a 1,000 SF covered patio and integrated parking canopy.

We designed an efficient HVAC system, tailored ductwork, and zoning for optimal climate control in both the office and patio areas. Plumbing services included restrooms, water distribution, and drainage solutions for the building and outdoor spaces.

The electrical design covered power distribution, lighting, and safety systems for the office spaces and patio, with future upgrades in mind. The parking canopy was integrated seamlessly into the building, optimizing functionality and aesthetics.
