We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for an 8,088 SF tenant improvement of an existing medical facility. Our scope encompassed the design and coordination of essential building systems to support various functional areas, including a computer lab, clinician rooms, classrooms, exam rooms, an IT room, a conference room, a reception area, a break room, and staff offices.
