McQueen Live Work

We provided Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering construction documents for a new 2-story, 21,824 SF ground-up live-work unit development. This project combines both residential and commercial spaces to offer a versatile living experience. The development features seven Suite A units, each 2,376 SF, designed to accommodate various business and residential needs. Additionally, two Suite B units, each 2,596 SF, provide larger spaces for those requiring more room for work or living. The layout includes thoughtful design elements to support the dual-purpose nature of the units, with all systems engineered to optimize efficiency and comfort. Our engineering team ensured seamless integration of the building’s mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, addressing both residential and commercial needs while maintaining the highest standards of safety and functionality throughout the entire development.
